In the past 2 years, Tuyên Quang City Party Committee and grassroots have directed and implemented the instructions and plans of the Central Government, Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. The plan of Tuyên Quang City Party Committee on improving the quality of Party Cells’ meeting arrangement. From 2020 to now, the whole city has admitted 234 new party members. The grassroots branches and party committees have seriously assessed and ranked the quality of party organizations and members. The quality of normal meetings and thematic meetings has been improved.
Delivering a speech at the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Tạ Đức Tuyên suggested that the Party committees and related authorities of Tuyên Quang city need to focus on well-0implemented 15 solutions such as focusing on leadership and direction, improving the propaganda tasks, raising awareness of party members and party secretaries at all levels, training, etc.
Parallel solutions mentioned were preventing violations among officials and party members at the grassroots. Party committees at all levels were asked to seriously implement the principles of party organization and activities, especially the principle of democratic centralism; pay attention to renewing the content and quality of activities of the branch; strengthen the role of inspection, supervision. Along with that, promoting the initiative of the commune and ward party committees in fostering and training the cell branches on the contents of improving meeting quality of Party Cells.
